i had over 400 aspirant key. open all the chest and still can not find iben fadh vessel. this glitch made it unfair for my gaming experience. please fix

I’m playing on heavens server, under FosterBoy account, spent a pretty penny in game and been through the sanctum chests fully like multiple times, 1000’s of keys and still nothing……that bad luck thing……I mean I’m Irish man! Come on! lol

I’ve been trying to obtain Iben Fahd’s Tenacity every since I started playing this game. I’ve been on this game for like 2months now and until now I still haven’t obtained the Iben fahd’d tenacity which is the very last thing im missing out of all the vessels to complete all of them. I spent so much money for keys just to obtain that one last vessel i need but in spite of everything i spent i still haven’t obtained it. What’s wrong? please fix the issue or bug if that’s the problem. I’m already 1312 Level Paragon now, and i’m probably the only 1300+ level who still don’t have that vessel.

As I said, there must have been some issue with my Iben Fahd’s vessel for Tenacity. I’ve already spent thousands of keys to just get that last part of my vessels yet I still haven’t obtained it. I’m at paragon 1312 already and until now I still haven’t gotten it? Isn’t that weird that the majority of players that are at paragon 1300 has the Tenacity vessel and i’m the only who doesn’t have it? Please do something about it because this is not right anymore to be spending more money just to get that Tenacity in Iben fahd
