Are you talking about a piece of gear or a cosmetic? Is it by chance a warband item if it’s a gear piece? Can you wear another piece just not the one?

It was a piece of gear, and yes, I could equip other helmets but not that one. However, I already fixed it — you just need to store it in the stash and take it out again.

So yeah was warband item which I thought :). Good you got it sorted out
