I lost normal lvl7 gems when activating armory

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

Device Type: apple
Device Model: iphone 12 pro
Device Operating System: iOS
Diablo Immortal App Version:

I found a bug where if you perform these steps, you lose normal gems.

  1. add equipment A with 2 gem slots
  2. “overwrite” in the armory
  3. replace equipment A with equipment B with 3 gem slots (including gem transfer)
  4. fill the 3rd slot in equipment B with gem
  5. salvage equipment A
  6. “activate” in the armory
    At this point, equipment B goes back into your inventory with only 1 gem and the other 2 gems goes missing.

I have also lost several gems, including 2 rank 7 sapphires, have you had a resolution to this yet or no!? Im furious that i havent got mine back yet

Same happened to me. It won’t be fixed because these devs are incompetent and also they really don’t care

I crafted three DARK BLUE RANK-6 gems into one triangular DARK BLUE RANK-7 gem and then in a split second it was deleted from my bag inventory! That is a lot of time, effort, and resources ($) to craft those high level ranking gems. I WANT BLIZZARD TO RESTORE MY “deleted” DARK BLUE RANK-7 (sapphire) GEM RESTORED TO ME! 3-31-2025: still waiting for my RANK-7 Sapphire replacement to be in-emailed to me; I purchased many gems from you for cash money. 4-2-2025: still have not been supported by customer server nor the developer who fix “bugs.” Please in-game email me a replacement RANK-7 Sapphire gem or my original three RANK-6 Sapphire gems; still waiting!
