I have 45 Telluric Pearls in my inventory but the Master Jewler, Vic does not provide an option to use the Telluric Pearls to craft a 5* legendary gem. There is no option when clicking on Vic to complete an ELder Rift to get the 5* gem

Have you tried Seril? She shows an option that says something like Telluric crafting, I dont remember exactly

Usually, for the first time crafting this, it’s thru Vic, clicking on craft legendary gem, then running in the elder rift, with Vic awaiting upon rift completion. After that, crafting using the telluric pearls is via Seril, Apprentice Jeweler in Westmarch. Under her gem services, click Telluric craft.
