I have a player I need to remove from my clan, but we cannot click on him. You can see him on the list, but cannot click on him in any way shape or form to remove him. We have tried on pc and mobile. We have also tried bringing him up through leaderboards and any other way possible. You cannot click on him to remove him or even see his stuff.
In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:
Device Type: samsung S23ultra (but tried on iphone, and pc from other officers also)
Device Model:
Device Operating System:
Diablo Immortal App Version:
Try clicking on the actual portrait. It’s nothing to do with him it’s actually a pita bug I’ve gotten a few times. Usually I’m doing the same thing clicking all over.
Ive clicked all over. It wont do anything. Ive also had my other officers try on their devices, both mobile and computer. Nothing is working. Even when u find someone who has messaged with him, they cannot access those messages or click on him anymore. We are assuming he deleted his toon? And its just stuck in clan? Idk.
Same problem, only iOS in my case. Player inactive for 3 months. Cannot be removed by any officer or clan leader and when selecting the player, no player info or menu is displayed. End of Days Server.
Im EOD also. No sure exactly what to do at this point. Guy is over a month now. Cycle will reset in a week or 2… dont really want him just sitting there. Hes taking a spot that i have someone wanting into…
It’s very possible that the same mechanic that will not allow you to invite a player into the clan unless that players is online works the same in reverse.
example: I had a player in my friend list that I was unable to invite to my clan until he was actually online. That was two weeks ago. A pop-up box informed me of this when I tried the invite. Once he was online, I was able to invite him to join.
I wanted to suggest mass reporting your ‘phantom’ player as a last resort by having him banned but since you indicated you can’t click on him, that won’t work.
In your case, I hope I’m wrong about my suggestion as to the cause. Because if I’m correct, it opens up the possibility for vengeful players to be exploitive and malicious.
We are having the same issue. Went through this before as a clan leader, had to submit a help ticket. I do not remember how it was resolved. Can’t find the response email from blizzard. I do remember the account was banned.
This is still a major issue and has NEVER been resolved.
We have a clan member whom myself, the leader, or any officer can not remove. Selecting the member does not bring up any options, like it does with all other members.
This prevents us from having the full 100 members in our clan, we can only have 99.
This gives all other clans, in our server, an unfair advantage against us since they can all have 100 members and we are not able to. This advantage is in all clan activities including shadow wars, rite of exile, shadow ranks, shadow leaderboards, etc.
Please address this unfair bug and allow us to delete any member of our clan, whether they left the server or not.
Thank you.
I’m a clan leader on the Rat King server with the same issue. It doesn’t matter iOS or Android; clan leader or clan officers. Even submitted Support Case #100345668 and got directed to this forum for resolving the issue. Also just submitted a Bug Report. However I don’t see a response anywhere that shows the issue is resolved.
After numerous back and forth replies, I have received this final reply:
Quoted here:
"Thank you for your patience while your ticket was waiting to be answered and I hope that this message finds you well this morning.
I understand you are experiencing an issue with removing a clan member from Akatsuki, and I’m sorry to hear that you and the other officers are facing this issue. Unfortunately, Customer Support is unable to assist with bugs in Diablo Immortal, including removing clan members.
I appreciate that you’ve reported this on the forums. While our developers do not respond directly to forum posts, they do collect the information to investigate and address any verified bugs. However, Customer Support cannot help with this process.
Thank you for your understanding and I truly appreciate your time. Take care!"
I guess this forum is the only way to get bugs fixed or addressed.
Thank you all for posting your issues here also.
Hopefully, this will get addressed and fixed.
I am quite familiar with databases, and completely understand, exactly how quickly and easily, anyone with database write privileges could remove the requested inactive player from the clan.
Anyone that sees this post, I implore you to help us leaders remove these inactive players.
Thank you for your understanding and I truly appreciate your time. Take care!
