I am stuck in a completed mission and I can't move forward

I have been finishing the mission “The heart of the jungle” for days, in the game it is marked as follows (you can see in the attached image)

But it does not come out of there and does not let me advance in the story.

The image is very small but it seems to suggest that you need to enter Kikuras Rapids, which is the correct location for “The Heart of the Jungle” quest. So, have you actually completed the dungeon, and at which difficulty did you complete it? (I’ve seen bug report threads about the quest where it will only complete on Normal difficulty) If so, what happens when you click on the quest and/or the little magnifying glass over a page at the right-hand end of the quest tracker?

When I enter, it tells me that I have completed it, I did it three times because I could not advance, but it is still like that.
