Hydra and golem defeated but did not receive Horadrim

I defeated the hydra and golem but did not receive Horadrim from either of the bosses. Thanks

Killed both hydra and golem with no horadrim stones.

Killed both hydra and the golem in the level needed. Started playing again 2 weeks ago and haven’t got the gems until now. What should I do?

In WOW you, a long time ago, one could write to a GM and they solved the problem immediately.

Here you write about a bug and get no answer after 2 months!

I also killed the (in german) uralter alptraum and got the achievement in the codex, but not the jewel.
