After the last update my hero’s journey went back to chapter 1. Was this intended or is a bug? Can it be reset to the chapter I had before the update?

Hero’s Journey will reset on June 19. The first four chapters of the next Hero’s Journey will be available for you to complete, with the Quill and Parchment Frame as your reward.
Not only was this in the patch notes, there were in-game emails sent to players to advise them that the previous Hero’s Journey would be ending.
This is not a bug.
I had no ingame email, trust me.

it make perfect sense, like everything else in game it has a renewal period
Each Hero’s Journey “season” lasts for six months.
For the first four months, they make Chapters 1-4 available.
For the last two months, they also make Chapters 5-6 available.
For anyone even vaguely playing the game, this is absolutely long enough to complete them, every time, usually with weeks to spare.
Regardless, this is the intended behaviour, it’s communicated to players in advance, and is NOT a bug, so this is the wrong sub-forum to put this in.
