So as i couldn’t reply to my previous post im posting a new one. As was suggested i tried both fixing game and reinstalling a game. None of theese helped. Please help me get in to a helliquary!

Damn it is morning and i wanted to play di a little, but i can’t. Please help with this silly helliquary! Funny thing is that it works on the main hero! And don’t on my new twink.
I am experiencing the same thing. I reinstalled the game to try to solve some new recent freezes and that seems better, but now my heliquary screen is stuck, no pics, no raid entries, nothing active on screen. Submitted three tech support questions so far, they arent telling me anything to do.
Reinstalled again, no change, same dead Heliquery screen so I can’t even get my alt into Hell1 mode.
I tried the same character on my account on a desktop, same problem, so it’s seems very unlikely it’s an installation problem.
Add’l info - On the largely empty Heliquery screen, if I hover over the left column where the bosses would be, the tooltip says “accessible only after completing The Chainbreakers quest.” But isn’t that down the line in Hell3 or something? Seems my game has a quest/trigger out of order.
And again, I doubt this is an install problem since it happens if I play the same character on another device (desktop). (and because I’ve already reinstalled twice with no improvement). Sure could use help!
chainbreaker is the og quest to unlock raids so this is a good catch
So, someone tweaked something (in a good way) or I passed a quest line that somehow unlocked the broken Heliquary screen. Cant say exactly when it happened but I am in the Realm of Damnation quests with my alt (way ahead of where I should have been able to unlock Hell1). I popped back to Westmarch just to check last nite and voila! Lassal is up and I could proceed. Hope this helps.

Tell me if you figured out how or when you were able to overcome the bug because I have the same problem and can’t progress because of it.
Do you have the chain breakers quest yet?
If you have not completed your “normal” helliquary questline, you will have 2 options when you are in front of the Tree. Be sure to stand off to the side of the tree and pick above in the branches and not on the ground in front of the tree. Clicking ground opens the “quest” window and not the Helliquary window
Had the same problem, Helliquary got bugged and all I got was a blank black screen with no buttons or images. I fixed it simply by having a friend invite me to her party and having her start the raid on Lassal in Normal diff. Did the raid, got out, quest continued as normal, Helliquary fixed. Everything back to normal.
