Heliquarry quest

Hello guys,
I can’t continue playing from normal game difficulty to hell 1.
Because as I read in forumas, I accidently deleted quest item which is needed for Heliquarry quest. And I can’t press on the tree in westmarch. Can you please help?

When you killed Pyl, one of the drops would have been Pyl’s Remains. The player is required to hand these in as part of the follow-up questlines, to progress to unlocking Hell 1 difficulty. However, Blizzard failed to protect this item by making it purely a quest item and, as a result, if you obtained it and then went to the Blacksmith and chose to Salvage Remains this would allow you to salvage Pyl’s Remains. If that’s what you’ve done, there’s no way to ever get another set of Pyl’s Remains, and the questline will essentially become uncompleteable. This issue has existed / been reported for well over a year, with no fix ever being deployed by Blizzard.

Unfortunately, until and unless Blizzard provide a fix for this (which, as I mentioned, they haven’t in over a year) is to accept that your current hero can never progress out of Normal difficulty. As tiresome and annoying as it is, you should start another hero, level it up, and make sure to not salvage Pyl’s Remains this time.

This issue, where it’s possible to accidentally salvage Pyl’s Remains and break the questline that gets you from Normal to Hell 1, has been outstanding for approaching two years now. This issue literally breaks your hero and you have to start another one because there is no work-around, no fix and support can’t help you with it.

At this point, it’s probably fair to say that Blizzard have no intention of ever fixing it.
