I am on the Malas server. The lag started around the last big patch but got worst after the merger. I lag during shadow wars, dungeons, vaults. raids, and WB defense and god don’t let there be a player with minions, lol I am done. The worst are raids, dungeons and shadow wars. The group is usually at the second boss or half done or I freeze up and they almost finish. Sometime I lag so bad I get dropped. BGs, I don’t even try anymore. I try to wait till early morning to play. Help!!!

Since 3 pm there so much lag that I’m getting dizzy from it which help.meanwhile in Kikuras dungeon the right raft is going the wrong way,at destruction end sometime the blacksmith don’t appear while the Q system sometime we enter with only 2 players …
There’s so many bugs and we are not having a good day again.

Yes there is still lag, the problem is no where near being fixed. Just like everything else that devs have laid their hands on. BG is worse than it ever was! There is no class balance, and match making it worse than it ever has been. How can you said it’s balanced when every match one side is getting double digit kills and the other side has no chance! At 3.5k res and 3k secondaries there is no way I should be matched against players with 5-6k res and the same secondaries. If you call that balanced you have something wrong with your heads!!!
Game has always been laggy from time to time no matter what server I’m on, sometimes it really bad, other times usually at night the server seems really smooth, Its also annoying that mouse and keyboard is kind of bugged, still… Epically on the Barb when it cancels them hold down to use skills, been a bug since the games release, no issue on mobile or with a controller though.
Shame I like Immortal much better then Diablo 4 right now, yet this game which has a ton of people whaling, can’t fix things, like the inability to “click to close” some pages you find on the ground, have to close the entire game to get past it.
This thread is almost two months old, and the issue had been apparent for a couple of months prior to this thread being created, i.e. the lag issues have been apparent for a third of a year. The other (closed / non-pinned) thread you linked to is a month old and has had zero updates since it was made.
There’s been no news in a month on an issue that’s been affecting players for four months. Can you understand why players might not believe your statement that this is a top priority?

Game mode: Dungeons Random or normal.
When: Since the current “Persevere Through Sanctuary’s Torment patch” on the 23rd, I am experiencing immense lag spikes at times which appear a bit randomly.
Every dungeon load now takes insanely long time it starts at 0% and stays at that number from ~4-10+ seconds before it actually increases, and it hangs again at 100% for a second or 2. The current load total time is then from ~6-12+ seconds, and sadly it seems to get worse over time.
Prior to the patch my load time was consistently short around ~4-5 seconds. I have done repairs and removed Nvidia Cashed DX files to see if that would help but nothing helps.
OS: Windows 11.
I have asked some of my warband members who does not seem to have the issue what they are playing on and it was Android / iPhone / iPad.

Firstly tyvm as the lag at dungeon,elder rift ,challenge rift,terror rifts and much better however at raids my account still has so lag issues as it seems I’m always lagging at raids which pls help…
The other things is at Alley ,I was thrown from the mid section all the way back to spawn area and when I went back there I was thrown like a rag doll all over the place I believe there’s was someone cheating as this happen sometimes ago and it’s not normal been thrown like that just for yr investigation…
The last things is the battle ground where those high resonance players will reduced their resonance just to fight with lower resonance players which is not making the game popular as these player has higher secondaries and gem power hence would like to suggest as follows::
Those high resonance player who reduced their resonance should pay a high penalty like losing their ranking altogether and start from the bottom and that’s is Bronze 1…
I believe this way those high resonance player will start to realize that gaining the Bg ranking by fighting lower reso players is not a solution in fact why spend so much but fight lower reso players?

Increasing server bandwidth, stability, optimizing networking is just increasing the amount of bots on the server…
This is not a game anymore it is just a platform to exploit and abuse the legitimate spenders.
If you want revive this game you need to eliminate the cheating, botting, 3rd party sellers, and most of all the pilot accounts as they control Rite of Exile, Tower competitions, Shadow Wars… (big legit spenders don’t like spending to fight pilot account cheaters obviously.)
My clan just became Immortal and guess what?
The loading time for Vault Defense and Helliquarry Raid increased dramatically on PC. The funny thing is everything is normal on mobile though.
And we experienced a delay and 1-second freeze during the Kion Ordeal in PC too.
I stopped experiencing these lags and delays when I became a shadow, and now the very same issue that I experienced as a past immortal came back the moment my clan became Immortal.
It seems there is something wrong with Immortal coding that caused people to experience the lag and delay. It only happened for those players that became Immortal. Please investigate.

The issue had been apparent for 2 months before this thread was started. The issue started in May, i.e. it’s been ongoing for 5+ months, and nothing’s been communicated about it for over a month.
Our clan’s looking to becoming Immortals again on Sunday. It’s going to suck if the lag comes back for all our PC players as a result.

Well, the lag did come back on us. It seems there lag only affecting PC Immortal players. On mobile, everything is perfect smooth… minus Kion, but still playable.
By the way, did your clan or any Immortal clan won any blessed reign recently? On our servers, no clan is winning the blessed reign in this year. Even the stacked whale clans were unable to win the Blessed Reign due to Immortal Giant fight.
I play on mobile and i’ve lag as other players.

Bug well I don’t get the mission of the search for the hell and I already spent the whole story of the game and of normal difficulty I can’t pass there is no way I looked for information all over and I can’t find the way to do it sealed the remains of the ñyl and nothing happens and the demonic portal should be open and it had never stopped playing I had subscribed to the beta of the game but that mistake does not allow us to move forward.
Lag is still bad on the PC client, especially as Immortal. I load in to vault slower than others. I load in to raid slower than most. When people port out of the raid my game stutters. These issues are not near as bad when I play on my shadow alt on the pc.
There’s also still a lot of lag stuttering that comes and goes especially in pvp, vanguard, and endless defense, both as Immo and Shadow and my mobile teammates say they are seeing it same time as well.
As already stated by a number of posters, the issue is with being Immortals…
- I was experiencing the lag issues the last time I was an Immortal.
- The last seven weeks, as a Shadow, I didn’t have the problems.
- As of this morning, I’m an Immortal again and the lag zoning into Vault is back.
When? This issue has been apparent for around five months now.

- Raids, Cursed Towers, basically everything outside the open world every few hours.
- Most often during team play, the larger the number of players in the team/raid, the bigger the lag.
- Seconds, sometimes a few, during fast-paced team play. In raids, freezes can last several seconds.
- I don’t play PvP in pay-to-win games.
For now I can say the lag is not as bad as it used to be, however after the last patch I’m experiencing the random d/c again, 3-4 times a day. It didn’t even happen once in previous client version.

What wrong with the game? At terror rift we had problems which we could not get into the spire when we had enough essence shards which is getting frustrating and then your dungeon at Pit we could not move all 4 players could not more and at destruction end the npc is always missing likewise yr normal gems drop at dungeon is so pathetic look if you guys don’t want to drop the normal gems just indicate and we won’t waste our time at dungeon… we are paying for a broken game that has so many problem and nothing been done to improve it like we all reach inferno 3 what’s there to do?
