With all due respect, it was in every battleground *Servername Hemlir! It’s the worst when Tempest are in the game and you know that very well! But believe me, the lags in BG or Brawl are not the problems in your game! One of the worst decisions was to assign the T-Rifts to a class and that you changed the action house! Before that, bots and sellers could make their trades in secret and it didn’t hurt anyone except Blizzard itself! Now they are destroying all market prices, disrupting every sale you want to make, because they automatically offer below the lowest price! For my part, I’ve completely given up farming platinum and I’m really thinking about quitting the game completely and quitting if that doesn’t change by the end of the year! After ITEMLVL 30 is reached, there is absolutely nothing left to do in the game other than making pointless deposits with your credit card!

- For BGs specifically: Were there any Improvements to Lag in BGs since last night? Didn’t bother trying to do BGs or Terror Rifts because so many people were complaining about it.

Severity of the lag: Ashwold - terrible, but JUST about playable - anywhere between 1-2 secs. Library - Utterly impossible and unplayable - 10-20 secs PLUS it really was THAT bad.
When did you start experiencing the lag? - Come on Blizzard - you’ve had this problem for MONTHS. You say you’re looking for patterns - how about start looking at what is right under your noses! The first REAL problems with lag started when you introduced the absurd DH movement spinning top abilities - nevermind the power of the ability itself which is another conversation, its the Graphical MOVEMENT of it. You’ve confirmed its intended - YOUR SERVERS CAN’T TAKE IT!
The lag has continued to get worse with similar ridiculous movement abilities you’ve provided to the tempest and the monk in the most recent patches.
Now the lag has exploded to the point where, in Terror rift especially, as soon as the “Demons have found you” triggers - the lag spike goes off the scale as multiple players all hit their CDs at once.
Bottom line - the pattern is this simple - you’ve introduced too much graphical movement onto merged servers with the natural increased server population that causes but have supporting servers that would be lucky to support Tetris!

Always pop in seconds late, sometimes party members are at first boss, first cut scene for raids, drop in a few seconds late for terror rifts, last party member to load in Wild Brawl, last party member to load in for vaults for every level
A little bit in dungeons, seem to load in with at least one party member and in vaults, load in with full team on 2nd floor

-Honestly, haven’t played a whole lot of BG today but the couple matches I did play I experienced little to no lag…
E:/ also there’s been a delay between when my skill cooldown is up and when I’m actually able to cast the skill again. It’s not syncing up right so to speak. And another thing too is that monsters in the terror rifts, some of them aren’t dropping the fragments after I slay them.
The last couple months I have been experiencing extreme lag in every part of the game (especially 4 player party’s), micro-stuttering problems, game crashes, high temps under low loads, extremely long loading times, rubber-banding, FPS drops, bugs galore! All throughout the entire game. I’ve been reading some people’s posts about their experiences too and I am very upset! This has been going on for more than a couple months now and instead of trying to fix anything at all, we get introduced with some tournaments along with some new content! Are you serious!!! People can’t even participate in the majority of the game events because of all of this! So what’s the point? Although I think a lot of it has to do with something with the game, I’ve also been experiencing High Temps under Low Loads, FPS drops, Micro-Stutters, and Crashes with other games as well, and I have a 13th gen Intel CPU so I ended up sending my Laptop into the manufacturer under RMA… I just hope that I didn’t send it off for no reason. I’ve tried everything to fix the micro-stuttering and FPS drop problem!! Clearing Cache, re-installing drivers, re-installing the game, re-installing the entire Operating System! To no avail! I can say this, that the rubber-banding in-game and extreme lag exists on my 11” iPad M4 and my iPhone 15 Pro Max also.
If there is anything that I can provide to help with diagnosing the source of where these problems are originating from I would be more than happy to help!

1)Market not helping gems are at high prices and low players are forced to sell for 500 platinum max since the legendary gems or familiars are the lowest of the lowest.Also gems are bound and new players can’t make platinum there should be a way that players should unbound the gem so they will be able to sell it to make platinum.Like that you are helping the new players improve and also you can keep players who want to pay

gear and upgrade.Well for me atlist I didn’t get a proper gear for my character over a moth and I am stuck at 36,900 cr for a month and can’t go over 37k cr which mean I am stuck for ever in inferno I.Terrible balance team on the work over there.Cost of upgrading is really bad since the amount it is asking doesn’t have a meter with the amount of the drop we get from the challenge rift
7)Speaking of rift.Elder rift are really bad since only the whales and YouTubers get a good quality of gems and the players who don’t want to pay are getting the lowest of the lowest gems worth 500 platinum max price level 1 stars.
8)Battlegroundand shadow wars: oh dear lord save us.Terrible balance with players who are whales one shot us with a skill or a hit.Terrible balance team.
9)Bots and advertising:well I’ll be damn those guys don’t stop spamming and again no staff taking action to ban them by ip.
10)Shadow ranking.No chance for players who are not with payment have a chance to enter in the top 10 clans because all the top 10 clans plus the immortals are founded by whales.

About 3-4 weeks ago; but it is getting increasingly more severe day-by-day
Severity:
When in a party (even when just 2 players in party) the game freezes for a 1-2 sec when a party member teleports.
Helly raids have members joining late due to several seconds of lag; also in Helly raid when people are teleporting out the game freezes for 1-2 seconds.
Terror rift is getting to an unplayable state due to high lag… as you are attacking but the damage is not registered on the mob.
Kion is similar (maybe even worst) then Terror rifts.
BG specifically:
I do not dare to enter BG as even a regular gameplay is laggy…
Server The Borderlands. Serious lag started a week ago. All contents are impossible to play. BG, Tower War, Vault it’s like play in slow motion. Terror rift it’s impossible to do the 4th tower (lost 5 terror essences) and pets doesn’t collect stuff. Tower, elder rift, challenge rift, verge, erebban, dungeons and open world all like slow motion.

Not a single thing has been done since you created this post. Just a place for people to get more upset as they see the endless comments. Thought introducing more to the game was smart? Why didn’t this get resolved? Lag is sooo bad in the game. Lol runes still have same shxt drop rate in abyss events too. Such a shame the way this game is managed.
For players on PC, I think I have some workaround for performance lag / framedrops and stuttering.
The game is constantly having new updates. And with time, it seems that old and new download files are somehow making a mess; but there is something which helped me and my friends:
In DI folder on your PC, there is a folder called Local Data. Advice is to delete everything from it (except maybe user preferences and screenshots if you want to keep those). When you delete everything from that folder, run the game again and it will download around 1.2GB of files and voila - performance should be noticeably better. I am doing this around two times per month. It’s easy, fast, and file size which needs download is not big, so it’s viable even for those with slower connection speeds. Give it a go!
