Yes, it did, when Blizzard lowered the CR requirements for INF5.
The requirements had previously been a lot higher.

Inferno Difficulties

The Combat Rating requirement for Inferno V has been reduced from 45665 to 44,765, and the requirement for Inferno V Dungeons has been reduced from 46115 to 44,945.

Developer’s Note: The previous values for Inferno V were higher than intended so this reduction was made to bring them in line with the other difficulties.

Fact that for many weeks I haven’t been getting higher-level items is really strange

It’s not really strange if you’re still doing INF4 content. As an example, at Paragon 700, INF5 triple/triple set items and legendaries will have 2350 CR.

What about your other sources of Combat Rating, i.e. set item ranks (a new challenge rift season started on Monday, so CR requirements were lowered for everything under 400), legendary gear ranks, helliquary remains / helliquary level, tableau, and so on?

Your concern is one I shared prior to Blizzard lowering the requirements…

Why is the Inferno 5 Combat Rating so high?

My hero is Paragon 694 with 45087 Combat Rating. I have 30 legendary containers and 4 set item containers ready for when I reach Paragon 700… [image] I have 52 INF5 wisps which were traded up from 364 INF4 wisps at the Blacksmithing Materials NPC at the 7:1 ratio… [image] And I have 30 flora, awaiting to be cleansed once I hit Paragon 700 so that the wisps earned will be INF5 versions… …

You’ve said what your paragon level is but what’s your CR? What are your set item ranks? What are your legendary ranks? What is your helliquary rank? What is your Tableau bonus?
