Had a 3 star of 5 bsj step 5. Was lucky and found a 5 star of 5 step 1 bsj today. I upgraded my 3 of 5 star step 5 bsj with the 5 star step 1 gem. The stars transferred but the bsj is step two instead of step 5?! Never had this problem. Help!

sounds like you upgraded the wrong one, just need to find your 3/5 and use the 5/5 in progressive upgrade
Unfortunately the 3/5 is gone. No help with support ticket was just told to post on here. Many of bsj used to upgrade the 3/5 to step 5 so I’m frustrated.
If that’s the case it sounds like you upgraded the wrong gem. Do you have a large amount of Gem food now?
