In the Gem Surge event menu, in the Upgrade tab it says “None” in the box on the left, with the message: “Only Quality 2, 3, or 4-Star Legendary Gems can be upgraded”. I have several quality 2 or higher legendary gems.
Therefore, I can’t upgrade my legendary gems despite having earned Polished Jades in this event. I have checked and the legendary gems are not locked.
