Gem Surge Event - Points from leg crests

Hi, I used over 100 legendary crests (round about 120 crests) on january 18th but didnt get points in the gem surge event. I worte a ticket, nur Customer Support told me to post it here. Please Look into it. Thanks and kind regards!

UPDATE: Gem Surge Event Correction

Greetings Adventurers, We recently had an issue with our Gem Surge event where players were not receiving the correct number of points in the Gem Surge event for their Litra spent in the Hunter’s Moon Phantom Gallery, and may have some confusion on the Obol to point ratio. Players should have been able to earn 1 point for every 10 Litra spent during the event. This issue is set to be resolved soon.
