This is the second time that when I change equipment, it loses the level 4 gem resonance ability and the purple color and the gems it had inside are removed.
please help me… recover my items back and resonanc
Check that your resonance gems are still in place with each loadout. Sounds like you’ve lost one causing the gem to become dormant
