Hello, I have an issue ingame;
I had three hellfragments.
One equiped, a r3 and one r2. I bought ig currencies to buy a r1 to upgrade my r2 at ah. But, when i fused this one with my r2, it disappeared… i just have one r3 ?! Can you help me ? Thanks.
Did you have the existing Rank 3 gem locked? Example…

The locked / unlocked status is toggled by clicking on the padlock symbol on the gem.
When upgrading legendary gems, gems which are locked are not auto-selected to provide gem power for the upgrade. Unlocked gems can be used as gem power.
So, if you didn’t have your existing Rank 3 locked, it’s possible that when you upgraded the Rank 2, using the Rank 1, the Rank 3 might have been consumed as gem power, resulting in you only having the newly created Rank 3.
I see, but it wasn’t the case. I already had materials from an other 5star i don’t use…
