Diablo Immortal App Version: last (3.3.5…E.241.D.iPhone17.2)
Hi, since this morning i can’t login into the game anymore.
When i load the game (both PC and iOS) i access till the screen in which i have to press on the server (green light). Then nothing happens, i can’t reach the character selection screen.
If i try to change server, for creating a new character, i have the same problem.
But if i logout from my Battle.net and i log another one, then everything works fine.
So this is not device related (i tried with different ones, my friend can login with his details on my devices, i can’t login with his devices with my account details).
I didn’t receive any message, i went through the Blizzard ticket support service and they confirmed i don’t have any restrictions on the account. They exausted the support after we tried every troubleshooting. I don’t know what else to do. Need support. Thanks.
