Game instability on Android after update

Device Type: Android
Device Model: Poco F5 Pro
Device Operating System: Android 15
Diablo Immortal App Version: 3.3.3

Hello, I am writing this message to say that after the new update, the game is very unstable on my device. I have done everything to see if it would improve. I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, cleared the cache, cleared the data, and reinstalled it. And nothing has improved. I even reduced the graphics to see if that was the problem, but it didn’t help. My smartphone has a Snapdragon 8+ gen 1 processor, and it has always supported the game without any problems. I ask that you fix this in the next update, because it is unbearable to play. I have even talked to other users and they said the same thing. Please fix this.

This won’t get it fixed any quicker, but you might start to get forum infractions…

Creating Duplicate Threads

This category includes:

  • Creating threads about existing topics
  • Creating a separate thread about an existing topic for further discussion in more than one forum

If a player is found to have participated in such actions, they will:

  • Be given a temporary ban from the forums, depending upon severity

Brother, I have already contacted technical support and they told me to come to the forum to talk about the situation, and so far there has been no response from any developer. Saying what you are saying is easy, because the problem is not happening to you. Be helpful in some way besides acting like a “rules expert”

Maybe follow the rules then? Posting the same thing over and over is annoying and absolutely pointless and does nothing. It creates multiple threads that can get replies causing missed information or confusion. It’s pretty simple. Stick to one thread and just bump it

annoying? This game makes so much money from microtransactions, the least they could do would be to have someone responsible for the community to follow up on the problems, providing a direct response. Since technical support tells you to come here and mention the problems. Updating or reposting will be the same. If you can’t help, don’t get in the way. After all, you’re not a developer who can solve my problem.

no but the chance of you getting help is slim and not improved but spamming the same issue over and over

And there will be none. They don’t read the forums themselves, that’s not their job. The CMs read the forums and they do provide the info to the devs but they only very rarely provide any answer in return.

The information about your issue has been delivered forward. If there’s something to be fixed, it’ll get fixed. Creating multiple threads won’t speed it up.
