Hello, I am a returning player, I claimed the ten legendary crests for the special graphics update, turned on Winds of Fortune event, then the mirror jewel at the Elder Rift. As I was loading in, my game crashed, and I lost the ten legendary crests. They have not returned into my mail. If you can assist with this I would be very grateful. Thank you

how long since you crashed did you wait? Have you since restarted the game? My guess is they’ve likely been mailed to you by now
