Game crash with dialog box open

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

Diablo Immortal App Version: current version

This happens very consistently from about a week ago. When typing into chat box or just having dialog box open, and while loading into a new instance/zone/battleground/raid/dungeon/etc, the game will hard crash without fail.

Same issue for me, I did open a ticket which was closed with a totally inadequate response.

I have noticed the same issue.
Every time when writing during the cutscene animation, game crashes.
