Game Closing by Itself

Hi,
A few weeks ago my familiar options are all working except the “convert” option, because when I click the game close by itself and in the beginning it wasn’t doing that! After I understood how it works I stopped for a while converting them till I get more of the same familiars to try and get a legendary, but now every time I click there to convert the game closes! Please, can you help me with this bug? I tried to delete and install the game again, but it didn’t work!

I’ve seen other threads reporting this and it only seems to happen when the game’s language is set to something other than English (I recall seeing threads about German and Russian). If it’s an option, can you set game to English and see if the Convert works? If so, say which language you had the game set to when the crash happens.
