Game ate my 10 eternal crest

I tried to do a 10 eternal crest rift, i hit enter, it sent me to wortham. Also the top half of the screen wouldn’t load and then went pixilated while the bottom was normal. Closed the game reopened and checked to see the 10 eternal crest were gone.

The crests will be returned to your hero via the in-game email system but this can take some time.
You haven’t lost the crests.
