Frozen In Fear won't complete

I’ve defeated this boss countless times but the completion won’t count towards the quest, so I can’t move forward in the quest chain. A quick Google search shows this has been a known issue since 2022, but I have yet to find a solution.

Device Type: PC and Android
Device Model: Self-Built PC
Device Operating System: Win10 Home
Diablo Immortal App Version: 3.2.3.2648051

Workaround Successful
Upon the suggestion of replies below, I created a Raid and solo’d it; it’s been long enough that I’m way overgeared for all of them anyway. This worked! I did the same for all of the remaining quests in this quest line and it’s FINALLY out of my quest log. Thank you!!! :heart:

Same issue on apple products. I can’t move on with other quests due to that one still open

are you doing this solo or in a party? is there spectral allies being used?

I did it solo the first time, but I don’t have that option anymore. Since then, I’ve always just used spectral allies.

This did the trick! I didn’t think it would let me solo it while in a Raid, but it did. Thank you so much for your help! :heart:
