Please fix the bug!! It has prevented our whole clan from entering shadow war this week! We are the top shadow clans and this has cause the whole clan to lose legendary crest and other rewards!! We could not enter on the 30th May and today as well 1st June 2024

Very frustrating, our clan hadn’t lost SW in almost 2yrs, but defeated coz of bug. Pls fix this asap, its so discouraging.

Why are you being unfair to all the majority of the players who suffered the shadow war bug? My whole clan was not able to participate in the shadow war because of the bug!!
And for one player who was suspended, you awarded him xxxxx amount of orbs!!
Who owe us rewards and compensation!!! I have spent money and time on this game and was not even compensated continuously because of your mistakes!!
