[Feedback] Wizard Off-Hand Essences Missing for Core Skills

I would like to report that the Wizard curently has no OFF HAND essnece for the follwing core skill: Teleport, Ray of frost, ice Cristal Disintegrate. This makes the wizard off hand slot feel incomplete and weaker compared to other class. Please verify. Thx.

What you have reported is a design decision that you don’t like, not a bug.

This is not a bug. I think you should post this as a suggestion. lol
