My familiars appear to be STUCK after they returned from farming a tower that the clan relinquished control of WHILST they were farming it. The clan won a new tower and gave away control of the one that was being farmed.
As a result, my familiars have returned, but appear to be stuck in limbo. They can not be redespatched to another mission.
I can provide screenshot evidence, but there doesnât appear to be an option to attach.
I look forward to hearing back from your investigation into this issue.
Additional information:
I tried clearing cache and restarting the game, but it just says âPending Rewardsâ.
Red dots against each familiar, but no way to collect or cancel or redespatch the familiars on another mission.
Hello, my familiar also stuck after my clan relinquished control of tower and I cannot collect rewards. Familiar, which is stuck, is marked on Expeditions page and is in status âPending rewardsâ, can not be released and used anymore
Thank you for providing the âworkaroundâ.
That process seems too much trouble for someone who really is just trying to help the QA Testers and Devs with their investigation.
I presume this complexity to avoid nefarious actors from posting inappropriate images on a public forum, which is fair enough.
This familiars issue sounds like itâs happening to several players, so should be easy enough to simulate and reproduce the bug. In view of this, screenshots probably arenât required.
I have the same issue, clan relinquished tower control and the familiar is stuck.

Follow up: I think the GM corrected my account. After relogon the familiar is now at idle status and got a mail with familiar expedition reward. Whoever made the quick correction: Thank you
I checked my account earlier and was able to send my familiars on a new mission.
Whatever you QAs and Devs did to investigate and fix the issue appears to have worked.
Thank you for the rapid fix. Very impressive!
