Familiar uncomplete Melding gone forever after screen turns black, ADMIN Please solve this issue

Issue:

While in the process I didn’t finished the melding(pick new 6 skills) then sudden my screen blackout and it closes the Melding screen and 2 of my FAMILIAR are gone (it suppose to cancel the process right?) I check it in my bag and mail nothing

Is there a way to retrieve my lost 2 FAMILIAR both are lvl 30 STORMLOST and VAROG or only one?

Date happened : Dec 15,2023 between 9:00-9:15 am PH time
Kindly fix this issue and restore my FAMILIAR

I purchased a $.99 bundle from the shop summoned a familiar then leveled up the familiar to level 30. I then proceeded with the Nizsa quest to meld two familiars. In the process of melding my two level 30 familiars I was disconnected. Upon my return, both my familiars disappeared nor did I receive a Melded familiar.

Now i also reached some sort of cap on spirit essence. There is none dropping for me. The Melding quest cannot be completed due to my missing Familiars and I cannot create any more lvl 30 familiars due to cap on spirit essence.

I buy contractrr and summon familiar and always go to black screen with nothing visible but printed names . cannot navigate. Just end task to clear screen and re-enter game .I run Geforce rtx 3050,I7 processor ,asus motherboard. No issues with performance except this blackout . repair didn’t fix,am considering re-install,but don’t want to loose progress. Cannot find clear cashe in options . I also cannot see the choose familiar line-up or empower as screen is black.
