Familiar expeditions cannot be activated

Hello I’d like to report that the Familiar Expeditions feature does not work on one of my character account. Nothing happens when I select the Familiar Expeditions button at Nisza. There is a banner indicating “Learn more about the Familiar Expeditions system” pointing to the Familiars Shop button. I believe that somehow the tutorial was not properly completed or stuck.

Are there are updates to this? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Still the same. It’s stuck on all platforms (PC, phone, iPad)
