“Fallow Farm” demon hunter weapon will not drop. I’m on inferno 3, approaching inferno 4 and the item has never dropped once for me.

Essence Extraction Loyalty Reward
Players can now select a Loyalty Reward at the Essence Extraction vendor. This feature update provides players a way to specifically target an uncollected Essence to acquire. Whenever players extract an Essence, there is a small chance to get the Loyalty Reward from the vendor as a bonus. Each time a player does not receive a Loyalty Reward, their chance to receive once increases by a bit.
Select the item you’re missing as the loyalty item and every time you extract an essence there is an increasing chance that you’ll get the essence you’re missing.
