Nearly every time I enter Castle Cyrangar the 'Exit" button is not visible.
I have to exit the game and re-log back in before it re-appears just so I can leave the castle.

No, you don’t. Open the Codex and click the arrow next to Elder Rift. You’ll be teleported to the waypoint nearest to the Elder Rift portal in Westmarch.
Having the same exact issue. This has been going on for over a month now. This is ABSURD, that this has not yet been fixed. This is only 1, of many major annoyances. Its gotten so bad, I’m making no less than 2 videos per day of all the stupid glitches and bugs that occur daily, and each one is a new one!
And while what the other guy said IS, true, as someone who shares your frustration, that’s not an ideal solution. Why? Because if we’re in the wild, and we have loot laying on the ground, and we need to teleport to Cryangar to quickly salvage, Well guess what? We cant instantly teleport back to the location we were just at to collect our loot. So now, we either have to decide to trek all the way back and HOPE we find that location again, or we say screw the loot.
Also, it should have been better explained.
What he meant was click the Hamburger menu (The 3 lines on the top right) Look for the RED DOT that never goes away! Now click the “CODEX” button. On the left side click to open/expand 'BATTLE PASS" and now click “Activities”. Then, scroll down on the page till you find “ELDER RIFT” then you can click the little red square with the arrow in it, and this will get you out of the castle. There’s other methods, but aside from re-logging is the quickest option we have until Blizzard fixes this broken game.
Omg. I was stuck here for 20 minutes. Reddit didn’t help. Thank goodness i found this on blizzard. It was almost uninstall worthy…getting stuck with no exit
