Exceptional set item does not drop with maximum number of sockets after new update

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

Device Type: PC
Device Model: PC
Device Operating System: Windows 10 Pro
Diablo Immortal App Version: PC

After the new update it was promised that exceptional set item will drop with max sockets. However, only the ones that i’m currently holding got updated. The new set item that i have picked up/crafted still gives me only 2 sockets on exceptional set item. Please take a look.

What the Patch Notes actually said was…

All Exceptional Set Items now drop with the maximum number of sockets. This means that your Set items with 3 Attributes and 2 or 3 Magic Affixes will always have 3 sockets!

It’s possible to get exceptional items that have just 2 attributes.
Two attribute exceptionals are not guaranteed to have 3 sockets.

How many attributes did they have?
Can you show a screenshot of a 3 attribute set item that does not have 3 sockets?
