Just got these new quests in for the event of Iron Stockpile; use a charm skill X amount of times while in Vanguard. I have use a charm while in VG and was unable to acquire the usage point for quest task.

Same issue. Others have said its worked for them
Make sure it’s in the difficulty stated.
The tasks for using a charm’s skill do not specify a difficulty to do it on…
As discussed here though, it worked just fine for me…
I was able to actually finally complete the tasks by switching out the previous charm I had with a new one after a win and reward. Seems like this did the trick. FYI
In which case, it would be useful information to know which charm you originally used that wasn’t incrementing the count and which charm you used that did increment the count, in case the problem is with one particular charm type / sub-type.
For comparison, I have a Healing charm that does the static green circle and that worked just fine.
I switched to my heal charm and i got credit. Defense charm is glitched however
Which version of the Defence charm did you have? The one that gives shields to allies, or the one that makes you take all your allies’ incoming damage?
Believe it’s a wording issue and asking you to do lvl 3
There’s only one task that specifies that you have to do Vanguard 3.
The tasks for charm usage do not specify any specific vanguard level.
I got all 10 of mine with a mixture of Vanguard 3, Vanguard 4 and Elite (130%).

Sorry I don’t recall. It was a defensive gem, both of them. One was stun enemies and the other was absorb shield. I think one was lvl 11 and then I switched to a lvl 9 charm.
