Eternal War tooltip will not clear

Tooltip on the Eternal War event will not clear, even after interacting with everything I could on the screen. I had several unclaimed rewards from Round 2 and was in the process of claiming when i saw it had jumped to Round 3, is it possible one or more rewards are hidden be the score tracker advancing?

It’s the ice crown portal cosmetic likely. With the freebies from the new DI released yesterday all players are now able to obtain the reward but it’s not blatantly obvious
