Essentially, any sort damage dealt by my wizard makes one or two monsters taking damage from the herd or group of monsters awkwardly skip towards me. This occurs even when monsters are frozen

Just checked my gear, but I don’t have any legendaries with the affix on them (or the possibility to re-roll to it) so I can show a screenshot of it, but I’m fairly sure there’s a magic affix that can cause attacks to pull mobs into the hero. Check your legendaries and see if you have this affix on one of them.

Yeah it’s with ww pretty sure but don’t remember the source of it.

As Meteorblade said, it’s most likely the following affix:

  • Restrain: Skills have a 6% (previously 4.5%) chance to pull enemies towards you; cannot occur more often that once every 4 seconds on the same monster and 12 seconds on the same player.
