I can’t extract essence on the game because every Essence transfer vendor doesn’t work. Everytime i try to speak with him a black screen appears. This happened on al NPC of all cities. I already reinstalled the game and the problem persist .
Im playing on Red Magic 7 Pro. Some friends who play on mobile have the same problem .

Im playing on Honor Magic 5 Pro. Some friends who play on mobile have the same problem .
The same thing happens to me. When I try to change an essence the screen goes black. 
I have the same issue, when i talk to the essence transfer vendor my screen goes black, I verified the files and happens again.
Im playing on a Windows 10 PC and in the server Torajan
Update to this problem. Black screen is happening in Spanish (EU) language. If you change to other language different than Spanish (EU) it works. Please fix it
