When you try to level up your secondary equipment from 19 to 20 is more expensive than from 20 to 21 or 22
This is not a bug. It’s how they made the new secondary ranks, probably to make it “easier” for people to gather the required materials. Upgrading from 20 to 21 also gives less CR than the upgrade from 19 to 20.
