Equipment upgraded level reset to zero

My finger equipment had upgraded to level 13, but later found out upgrade level reset to zero after new finger change

Device Type: Mobile
Device Model: Sumsung A36
Device Operating System: Android version 15
Diablo Immortal App Version: latest

Look in your stash. You probably swapped the ring without the gear lvl otherwise if you scrapped it you would have all the needed upgrade materials
