Ephemeral visage doesn’t appear to be increasing dot tics for at least a couple skills as of today, maybe yesterday but I didn’t notice.
Today when I was testing out damage on the dummy, I noticed there was no change in the damage of Disintigrate filtered defense nor Nova Sprightspark.
Before this issue, Disentigrate was doing around 40 million damage over 30 seconds. Now I get around 27.
After further testing, Ice armor is the ONLY skill that receives the 80% dot tics from ephemeral visage.
