In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide: I put crests in elder rift and I enter but nothing happened. I was teleported to a different map then when I check my crest, it’s gone! Why’s that?

Occasionally, the Elder Rift teleport bugs out and the hero ends up in Wortham.
Any crests you had attempted to use in the Elder Rift will eventually be returned to you via the in-game email system. This can take some time to arrive but you have not lost the crests.
