Yesterday, the 25th, I played with 10 legendary coats of arms and won 10 gems that are in the coat of arms history. But the gems did not fall into the inventory, nor are they anywhere. I opened a support ticket and they asked me to expose it here, in order to have help and resolution.
The 10 gems I won are in the coat of arms history record and I have the prints.
