I found a heavy bug. I lost some gems (tormaline etc) during their up from the jeweller
I was enhancing over the 5th grade of the bound + unbound gems and after receiving the confirmation message (that all will be unbound) I pressed “YES” and the saleable ones disappeared!!!
How can I recover my gems? I lost many during various tests (I didn’t think it was a bug) that lasted this morning

Whenever you’re going to do a non-legendary gem upgrade which would result in combining bound and unbound gems, the game gives you a warning dialog asking you to confirm that you want to do this (and there’s an optional tickbox to not be asked again, which will remember your answer for that game session).
The dialog warns you that the resulting gems cannot be sold on the market (i.e. they will become bound) and the upgrade will only proceed if you click OK.
So, if you got the warning (or had previously dismissed it), and clicked OK, of course your unbound gems would be used, and the result would be a bound gem of the higher rank.
If this is what you’re reporting, it’s not a bug, it’s working as intended.

I inserted 2 bound gems (lv 5) + 1 unbound gem (lv 5)
the message you showed appeared, I pressed OK
The one unbound gem lv 5 disappeared and the two bound gems lv 5 remained (no gems lv 6 in inventory)
I tried again and again …and the unbound gem always disappeared
I would send you a video but I would lose more plats again
