Direct X problem

Forgive my bad English, im from Argentina.
When i press the play button, the game gives me the following error:
“Engine Error:
Failed to create Directx 11 device…
Please cheack if your computer supports directx 11.”

It’s a strange thing since games like Skyrim, Assassin’s Creed and Dragon Age run on my PC.
Can anyone help me solve this error?.
My installed version of directx currently is 12.

Same problem at the moment. Android is working fine.

I’m from Brazil, with the same problem and I can’t solve this problem with the actual videos on web. :confused:
