My clan recently became an allied clan and we have already unlocked Iron III. Although the Iron I section under the Reign tab in the Immortals menu claims that I have received the Immortal Cloak of the Defiant, I have not. In fact, there is supposed to be a separate tab under the Cosmetics menu for the Immortal cloaks, but I am missing this tab as well. Other Immortals in my alliance have received the cosmetic, so I’m not sure if the potential bug is affecting certain accounts or just mine. Please advise. Thank you.

The cosmetics available to Immortals during their reign are only made available to Immortals that have completed the first three days of the Immortal Trials, i.e. they have become Annointed Immortals…
Until you’re anointed, the cosmetics will remain unavailable (and you won’t unlock access to the remainder of your first week’s 60 tasks). Your clan members that have the cloaks available will have done this.
If you only just became anointed, sometimes the first cloak doesn’t immediately become available. In which case, from the Menu choose Settings, then Leave Game, so that you return to the hero selection screen, then re-enter the game with your hero. Your hero should then have an in-game email containing the cosmetic unlock.

Thank you, Meteorblade! I followed your instructions and finally got the cloak. On a phone, to get the menu at the screenshot above, you have to touch the right-hand section (the section with a magnifying glass) of a small button in the quest menu called Immortal Trials Rewards. I had not noticed this button before, after completing the first two Immortal Trials.
