Diablo Reign (Terror Reign) - same life for all level difficulty

To whom it may concerns,
I am player with account Wonderful#31352 , I play under character name of “Wonderful”, I would like to clarify with my profile “difficulty level” while having Terror Reign - Diablo, after the recent updates (12th December 2024)
While I go for Terror Reign - Diablo under different difficulty (Normal, Hell 1, Hell 2, Hell 3, Inferno 1 etc), all those difficulty level appointed me to the same level of “Diablo”'s life, which it always have 167M life.
I mean, if I choosing the game’s difficulty under “Normal”, I will go for “Diablo”'s life with 167M, and when I change my game’s difficulty as “Hell 1” or “Hell 2” or else, the “Diablo” itself still always having life of 167M.
When I go for any dungeon with different game’s difficulty level, the final boss will having different level of life, respectively.
May I know why “Diablo”'s life always the same level (167M) with all categories of game’s difficulty level ?
May you kindly assist me about the matter as soon as possible.

I have beaten the boss several times, I just can’t get the quest to go away.
Am I missing something?

thanks for your reply, but I can beat it several times and the Quest “terror’s reign” is still up

There are 2 different Diablo “missions”, one of them is the main quest, that you need to do solo. The other is “Boss Challenge: Diablo”, which can be done many times while in a party but won’t clear the main quest.

Have you beaten him weekly prior to the update? Might need to wait till mon reset

If I am not wrong, the 2 “missions” are separate, my first try I messed up and entered with a party, defeated Diablo but saw that the “quest” was still there. Did it again, this time in “story mode” and solo, got it done and cleared from the “task list”.

Worse, it is terrible game design. And no, “single post” rhetoric is gaslighting.

Ive tried it five times 2 diffrent ways and it does not go away for me either
