Hello, I have a problem - I deleted one of the heroes from my account to free up the name.Then i tried changing the name to my main hero whit the same name , but the game tells me that the name is taken. What can i do ?

You’ve never been able to request a character deleted. I would wager even inactive characters aren’t actually deleted anyway.
On the main character selection screen there is a deleted characters button, iirc. Revive the character and respect it. If you wanted to change an alt to the same-name main…. Unfortunately you can not. You can change the name of your former, and hope/wait for the system to release it for your alt.

The character you deleted, what level was it?
If it was level 30+ you have the option to restore it, so it’s only logical that the name remains taken and can not be used by other players/characters.
If it was level lower than 30, the name is “freed” and can be used in any new or existing characters.
It was 120 paragon .
After i pressed the restore button,there were 2 more characters inside that i had deleted 2 years ago.This is not normal,not being able to delete you character.I hope Blizzard takes some action.
