Cursed Shards highest scores not counted

I am writing to you regarding an unpleasant bug that occurs while earning points on towers. This is not the first time it has happened and it greatly discourages our clan members from continuing to participate in the tower takeovers, which is a significant disadvantage for the entire clan. We enter a tower with a 4-person party, collect the cursed shards, and when we turn in the shards at the brazier, it turns out that the shards of the 2 people who achieved the highest score are not counted in the ranking. We have screenshots taken just before turning in the shards at the brazier and screenshots of the ranking where they are not included. Please respond quickly, as there are 60 hours left until the end of the tower dispute. One of them used PC, second Android, we used PC’s and our harvest was counted normally.

Considering the standard of conversation you specified, I am sending the following guide.

Improving reading comprehension comes with practice and consistent effort.
I did not ask in the above post how to attach screenshots; it was about a completely different topic. If someone from Blizzard asked for such attachments, I would do it without much effort, but it’s nice to see that you also know how to do it. However, it would be nicer to get an answer to the issue mentioned in the post instead of a description completely unrelated to it

I am not annoyed by your response and I don’t know why my response upset you. I merely used the standard response format initiated by you. I am happy to explain it to you. I am posting about an annoying bug in the game that could cause our clan to suffer losses despite our clan members’ efforts and time spent to gain something. In response to my post, I get an extensive explanation on how to paste a screenshot, which I know perfectly well, and that wasn’t the subject of the post. The description you sent is really nice and probably very useful for many due to its detail, and it would be helpful if I had written something like “I don’t know how to paste them, but I have screenshots of the issue”. I am waiting for a reaction from someone at Blizzard, I check back and see a response which turns out to be advice like “don’t pee in the middle of the street”
