Crone shop some works for some but not others

Hallow's Wake event vendor not working

The event vendor for Hallow’s End has all purchase buttons greyed out and unclickable, even though I have enough Hallowed Stones to redeem. I am running Android app on Google Pixel 9a. I already tried repairing the client and redownloading game data.
