Unable to upgrade crimson behelit eventhough i have all materials required…keeps saying i dont have the materials.

To add more context here. They have a r5 and 2 r3 required for the upgrade. It is not the case of lack of gem food or pearls. It almost appears that the game doesn’t believe these gems can exist and is looking for the pearls/ food instead. They are not locked.
